Grant Reporting

Final Grant Reporting – The Imlay Foundation requires all grant recipients to submit a final grant report twelve months after receiving a grant.

Your final grant report helps us understand how our grants are improving outcomes and strengthening our communities.

REPORT GUIDELINES

The Imlay Foundation requires final grant reports from grantees to determine how our grants are helping impact communities in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Reporting provides accountability and transparency between the foundation and grantee, which can positively impact future funding.

What to Include

Please provide an executive summary on the most recent grant your organization received from The Imlay Foundation. Your report should include:

  • Use of Funds: How was the grant used? If your organization used the funds for general operating support, describe the organization’s general activities.
  • Population Served: Describe the population served through this grant. Be sure to include the number of people served and any other characteristic you feel is important to note.
  • Impact and Outcomes: Describe the impact that this grant has had on your organization and the people you serve, including how you measure success and if your annual success goals are being met.
  • Organization Financial Update: Provide an overview of your organization’s financial opportunities and challenges over the next 12 months. How are the board and staff planning to address these opportunities and challenges?
